Our Store Policy
We at West Coast Betta will never knowingly sell a Betta that is not 100% healthy and we guarantee the health of our fish for 72 hours, provided our care recommendations outlined in our Betta Care Instructions have been followed (example, your aquariums has been cycled).
In the event that you experience the loss of your fish within the first 72 hours and have followed our care instructions, West Coast Betta will replace your fish if possible. If we cannot replace your fish, you will receive store credit.
Prior to receiving store credit or fish replacement we may ask you questions, request photos and may request a water sample to determine the care of your fish.
West Coast Betta does not offer or have any guarantees for your other aquatic pets and we recommend that you allow for a quarantine period before adding your new arrival to your tank.
Our policies are subject to change at any time and at our discretion.
West Coast Betta is now able to ship fish to the following communities within British Columbia with local airline companies. To obtain information on the shipping prices please contact us directly via email.
Fort St. John
This service will only be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to ensure that we are available to address any flight changes that might come up and that using this service will also require you to pick up your fish from the terminal.
****Please be aware that should you wish to have your fish shipped all sales are final and West Coast Betta is not responsible for any accidental deaths or injuries caused during the transportation process.****
